Before you can document a voice, you need to discover and define it as a team. I facilitate a collaborative 90-minute workshop with your founders or core team to uncover your authentic brand personality and translate it into a working strategy.
You’ll receive a strategy document totaling approximately 2,500 to 4,000 words. The work format includes a 90-minute collaborative workshop with your team, followed by written communication via shared document. To begin, you provide your brand vision, target audience information, competitor examples and any existing brand materials. We use exercises to pinpoint how you want customers to feel, the brands you admire and the words that are off-limits.
The deliverable is a clear, actionable strategy document born directly from that session. You receive a detailed board with all our workshop outputs and conclusions, a polished PDF strategy document outlining your voice principles, target audience language and key messaging pillars and a recorded summary of our discussion. This package is designed for early-stage startups or rebranding projects that need alignment before investing in full-scale guidelines. It gives you a solid foundation to hire a copywriter or guide your own content creation with confidence. My role is to ask the right questions and synthesize your ideas into a coherent framework, not to impose a voice from the outside. Having run these workshops for numerous new ventures, I know how to navigate differing opinions and find the common thread that represents your true brand. The process includes one revision round to refine the strategy or adjust the messaging pillars. There is no limit on iterations within this single revision round.
