You can submit up to 12 photos per property for editing. Each photo receives one retouched version. The work format is written communication via shared folder. To begin, you provide your photos and any specific requirements for sky replacement or room enhancement.

My editing corrects color casts from mixed lighting, brings out detail through shadow recovery and carefully enhances the blues in pool shots or the greens in landscaping. The process starts with a balanced base exposure. I then work on window pulls to show the view outside, remove minor distractions like power cords or trash bins and apply lens distortion correction to keep lines straight and true. I use luminosity masks to brighten dark rooms naturally without making them look flat or over-processed. For exterior shots, I replace gloomy skies with more appealing ones from my licensed library, ensuring a seamless and realistic composite. You send me a batch of images and I return a consistent set where each room looks its absolute largest and most livable. My goal is to make the potential buyer feel like they can already see themselves living there. The process includes one revision round per photo after you review the initial edits.
