Corporate Training Module Script with Interactive Elements

I develop scripts for internal training modules that employees will actually pay attention to. The focus is on breaking down policy, software or compliance topics into digestible segments with built-in interaction points to reinforce learning.
You’ll be getting one complete training module script, totaling approximately 2,000 to 3,000 words of narration. The work format includes a brief call (30 minutes) to understand your training goals, followed by written communication via shared document. To begin, you provide your training content, learning objectives, target audience and any existing training materials. You receive a master script document that serves as the audio guide for a slide-based or video-based training course. It includes the exact narration for each screen, directions for interactive elements like knowledge check questions, clickable hotspots and scenario-based branching choices.
I also provide a separate facilitator guide with discussion prompts and answers to potential participant questions for live sessions. The structure follows a tell-show-do method: explain a concept, demonstrate it and then prompt the learner to apply it. Having a detailed script ensures consistency across departments and training sessions, which is crucial for topics like data security, HR onboarding or new software rollout. My background includes scripting for financial services and healthcare compliance teams where clarity and accuracy are non-negotiable. I incorporate your company’s terminology and case examples to make the material relevant. The process includes two revision rounds to refine the script or adjust the interactive elements. There is no limit on iterations within these two revision rounds.
The final deliverable is a production-ready document that your L&D team or video producer can use directly, saving weeks of back-and-forth and ensuring the final training is engaging and instructionally sound.
